Every commercial email we send carries a working one-click unsubscribe link, a reply-based opt-out option, and our physical postal address.

Opt-out requests are honoured promptly and permanently

Anyone who unsubscribes, replies asking to be removed, or reports a message is removed from our contact list and is not contacted again.

We maintain a do-not-contact list

We keep a do-not-contact list and check outbound contact against it before sending email or making calls.

Telephone contact is screened

Outbound telephone contact is screened against Do Not Call registry flags and our own do-not-contact list.

No affiliate email marketing

We do not permit affiliates, resellers, or third parties to advertise our websites or services by email on our behalf. We have no affiliate programme.

We send email only from our own infrastructure

We do not send email advertising our domains from any infrastructure other than our own.

Complaints

Anyone who believes they received email from us in error, or that an email did not comply with this policy, should contact contact@redrocklabel.com. We will investigate and respond.
